Trinity Tax – From Empty Website to Professional Presence
How a tax firm got a professional, trustworthy online presence with a revamped WordPress website.
View ProjectAn existing WordPress website with no content, no credibility, no impact – and a tax firm that wanted its online presence to feel as professional as its in-person one.

Starting Point
Trinity Tax already had a WordPress website, but it was essentially empty and didn't reflect the firm's professionalism. During a free website review we identified numerous technical and content-related weaknesses. It quickly became clear that the existing online presence no longer matched the firm's standards.
Goal
Aggressive SEO was not the priority. The goal was a professional, trustworthy presence like a thoughtfully built business website provides – one that immediately signals: this is a serious, credible team.
Implementation
- Complete WordPress redesign
- Online booking connected to Microsoft Calendar
- Stripe payment integration
- Google Business Profile optimization
- 36 local backlinks from citation directories
Booking with calendar sync and secure payment handling are features we typically build for clients with more advanced requirements as part of a Smart Business Website .

Results
Google Business Profile views grew 191% year over year, to 2,327. The effect is even clearer in how often the profile appeared in search: up 694% to 127 appearances. Direct profile interactions grew 28% to 343 – a result that a focused local visibility strategy can typically build on further.
The Google Search Console data shows the same upward trend: impressions rose to over 14,800 and clicks to 696, with an average click-through rate of 4.7%. For a tax firm with a local client base, that reflects clearly growing search visibility.
