AI Chatbot for Your Website
A chatbot that answers visitors’ questions from your own documents: about services, prices, opening hours or process. It already runs on this website.

The amount is a guide figure and depends on usage. The chatbot runs on my servers, so unlike your website it carries a monthly fee. Available with any Business Website, Website with Extra Feature and Custom Web Application. Offers for businesses and the self-employed only, prices plus 19 % VAT.
Visitors get an answer to common questions in the evening and at weekends too.
What you otherwise answer again and again by phone or email, it answers from your documents.
It is set up to answer only from your documents, not from general knowledge on the internet.
It runs in its own sealed-off window and has no access to the rest of your website.
You describe your business, services, prices, opening hours and common questions in one document. If you like, I take over the content of your website.
I set up the chatbot with your documents and adjust colours and greeting.
You get a small script with your own key. On websites I built, I install it myself.
The more precise your documents, the better the answers.
It is not yet used on client websites. The first installations run as pilot projects, with pilot terms in exchange for feedback and permission to name you as a reference.
From your documents, and only from these. How I built it technically, I describe in the case study of this website.
Limiting it to your documents is meant to prevent that: it should not guess or make things up. But with today’s AI models it cannot be ruled out entirely that an answer is inaccurate. That is why it suits general questions about your offer. Binding information on an individual case should still come from you.
If information is missing or it is unsure, it asks your visitors to contact you directly.
There is no setup fee. The running costs depend on usage, as a guide about €20-25 per month.
As a pilot customer, at any time, without a reason and without notice. After the pilot phase, the notice periods in my terms and conditions apply.
I do not store conversation content. To answer, the messages go from my server to Google (Gemini, paid interface). According to Google’s terms they are not used for training and are kept for up to 55 days to detect abuse. Google does not receive your visitors’ IP addresses: their browsers only talk to my server at Railway. The chatbot must be mentioned in your privacy policy.
It is added with a small script. Whether that works on your website depends on the system, some website builders restrict custom scripts. I am happy to check in advance.
Yes, it runs on this website. Open the chat at the bottom right and ask a question about RankLokal.
Tell me which questions your customers ask again and again. I tell you whether a chatbot is worth it.
