In Germany, tax advisers and lawyers may advertise if the advertising informs factually about their work and does not aim at a mandate in an individual case (§ 57a StBerG, § 43b BRAO). That is why I write without superlatives and without promises of success. Whether a text suits your profession, you decide when you approve it.
For these professions, the legal notice must include, among other things, the chamber, the statutory professional title and the professional rules with a note on where to read them (§ 5 (1) No. 5 DDG), plus details of the professional liability insurance (§ 2 DL-InfoV). With an appointment request, the client names a preferred time by form and your firm confirms it. That is a Website with Extra Feature from €1,200.
With online booking, the client picks a free slot from your calendar and, if you like, pays online right away. That is a custom web application from €2,000. If you already use a booking tool such as Microsoft Bookings, a link to it is often enough.
A business website costs from €400 with one page, each extra page €150. A home page, three fields of work and a team page make five pages, so €1,000. The contact page, legal notice and privacy policy are included in the base price.
A second language, for example German and English, costs €450 once plus €30 per page. For the website and the appointment request you pay me no monthly fee.

Usually not: a static website keeps running without changes as long as the host changes nothing. A maintenance contract is available on request.
You do. You book the domain and hosting yourself and give me administrator access. You can withdraw that access at any time.
Nobody can guarantee a ranking. Ongoing search engine optimisation, meaning monthly work on your rankings, is not something I offer. I build the technical basis and, on request, set up your Google Business Profile or give tips for an existing one.
I write the draft of both, to match your website’s technology. The details your profession requires come from you, and you check both texts legally yourself or have them checked.
A few sentences about your firm are enough. I work from Landsberg am Lech for firms across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, preferably in writing. A call, video or meeting is possible on request.
