One page or several?
One page is often enough if you have one or two main services and a clear service area. Such a one-page website shows services, contact, directions and a form one below the other.
With several services or locations, each service gets its own page. Google then matches each page to its service, and visitors find what they are looking for faster. I recommend how many pages you need before the offer.
The base price includes one page; each extra page costs €150. The contact page, legal notice and privacy policy do not count. A second language costs €450 once and €30 per page.

Design and texts
A design that fits your business. I write the texts with AI as a tool and edit every one myself. You check and approve them.
Fast and mobile
Short loading times, easy to read on phone, tablet and computer.
Contact and map
A contact page with a form, your contact details and Google Maps for directions.
Legal notice, privacy and security
The drafts of your legal notice and privacy policy match your website's technology. You check both legally yourself or have them checked. On top come an encrypted connection (SSL) and the technology Google needs: page titles, structured data and a sitemap.

Rebuilding an old website
Is your website out of date, slow, or hard to use on a phone? I rebuild it, with your texts, images and logo as the basis, at a fixed price like a new one.
Pages Google already knows are not lost: I keep the addresses or forward old pages permanently to the new ones.

Photos
Real photos of you, your team and your work. If you have none yet, a photo session before the start is worth it.
Logo
I use an existing logo. If you do not have one, I design one for you.
Accounts and access
You create the domain and hosting and give me access. You can withdraw it at any time.
After launch
No monthly fee
A static website, made of finished pages without a database, keeps running without a maintenance contract. I only step in when something needs doing.
Low-cost hosting
For a static website I recommend Cloudflare, where hosting costs nothing. You can get the domain at IONOS, for example. All running costs at a glance
Google Business Profile
If you do not have one, I set it up with you and fill it in completely. For an existing profile I give tips.
30-day guarantee
After launch I fix errors and make small changes free of charge for 30 days.
Questions about the Business Website
How is a price from €400 possible?
€400 covers one page, plus the contact page, legal notice and privacy policy. I work alone, with no agency behind me, and plan only the pages your business really needs. A website costs more when it has more pages or features. Exactly what it includes is in the fixed price up front.
Is a website builder or an AI tool not enough?
For a simple business card on the web it can be, and if so, I tell you. It gets harder with texts that answer your customers' questions, with accounts that really belong to you, and with the technology Google needs to understand your pages. That is what you pay me for: I work out what your business needs and build it properly.
Will my website be found on Google?
Nobody can honestly guarantee a particular ranking. I lay the groundwork: page titles, structured data, a sitemap and clear pages for your services. Ongoing search engine optimisation, meaning monthly work on your rankings, is not something I offer. Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you would like to, and a call or video call too. I prefer to settle everything in writing by email, so you have every agreement in black and white. I work for businesses in Landsberg am Lech, Munich and Augsburg, and remotely across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Can I edit the website myself later?
I make changes for you: you write to me what should change, I make the change and bill the effort. I build every website individually in code. Why, and when a builder or WordPress fits better, is explained in the comparison WordPress or a custom website.
What happens if you are ever unavailable?
Your website does not depend on me: it runs in your own accounts. You keep the code in your own code archive on GitHub, where I upload it. So you always have a complete copy. If I am ever unavailable, the developer I work with, or any other developer, can carry on with it.
Can the website grow later?
Yes. New services, more pages, locations or languages can be added without rebuilding the website. If it later needs a feature such as a price calculator, that can often be added too: as a Website with Extra Feature.
